In-person delivery is more than logistics. It's the final chapter of your piece's story — the moment you see it in natural light, feel its weight on your hand, and know it's exactly right. Dave walks you through every detail: the setting, the stone, the finishing. If anything needs fine-tuning, he handles it on the spot.
For clients in Florida, personal delivery is our standard. We're expanding this experience nationally and will work with you to arrange the best option based on your location.
Delivery Timeline
Every piece follows a careful arc from consultation to delivery. Here's what to expect:
Consultation
We listen to your vision, discuss preferences, and establish a timeline and investment range. This conversation shapes everything that follows.
Design & Sourcing
Dave sources your stone through direct supplier relationships and works with master artisans to design and craft your piece. Lab-grown designs typically take 6–10 weeks; natural diamond sourcing may extend to 10–14 weeks.
Approval & Quality Check
Before finalizing, you review renders or images and approve every detail — stone selection, setting, metalwork. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
Personal Delivery
Dave delivers your finished piece in person, walks you through it, and ensures it exceeds your expectations. This is the moment everything comes together.

Shipping for Distance Clients
For clients outside Florida, we provide fully insured, tracked shipping with white-glove handling at every stage. Distance doesn't diminish the experience — it simply changes the final delivery method.

Our process is built on approval and confidence at every stage. By the time your piece arrives, you've already seen it, approved it, and signed off on every detail. That said, we stand behind our work unconditionally.
Ready Pieces
Pieces from our curated collection carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your piece isn't exactly right, we'll work with you to make adjustments or arrange a return and full refund.
Custom Designs
Custom pieces are non-refundable once production begins — but we build multiple approval checkpoints into your timeline so surprises never happen at delivery. Resizing, adjustments, and refinements are always available.
Insurance & Protection
Your piece is fully insured and protected in our care from the moment it's completed until it's in your hands. We carry comprehensive coverage against loss or damage while your piece is with us.
After delivery, we strongly recommend obtaining personal jewelry insurance — either through your homeowner's or renter's policy, or through a dedicated jewelry insurer. We provide professional appraisals and all documentation needed for your insurance at no additional cost. Protecting your investment is part of the service.
