Consultation — Style, Grade, Budget
We start with a direct conversation about what you want. Chain style, length, diamond grade (VVS, VS, or SI), metal, and budget ceiling. Dave walks you through the visual trade-offs between grades and sizes — no jargon, no upsell. You leave with a clear picture of what's achievable at your number.
Stone Sourcing — Direct from Graded Supply
We source melee and accent diamonds from the same wholesale channels that supply major brands — without the retail markup. Every stone comes with documentation. For VVS-grade pieces, we verify clarity under magnification before committing. You approve the stone package before anything is set.
Custom Build — Your Settings, Your Metal
Once stones are approved, the chain is cast and set to your specifications. We use experienced bench jewelers who specialize in diamond pavé and channel-set chain work. You'll see progress photos before the final polish.
Personal Delivery
South Florida clients receive personal delivery — Dave brings the piece directly and walks you through it. Out-of-area clients receive their chain fully insured via FedEx Priority with real-time tracking and signature confirmation.

We build in all major chain architectures. Each style has different setting techniques, diamond exposure, and overall visual weight. Most clients choose based on the look they're going for — heavy and iced-out vs. refined and clean.
Cuban Link
Flat-link, tightly woven. Maximum diamond surface area. The most popular choice for statement iced-out pieces.
Tennis Chain
Single row of prong-set diamonds. Clean, minimal, versatile. Works at any length from choker to waist.
Rope Chain
Twisted link construction. Can be pavé-set across the entire surface or diamond-accented at intervals.
Figaro
Alternating short and long links. Classic Italian structure. Can be partially or fully iced depending on preference.
Diamond Quality — VVS, VS, and What the Difference Means
For chains, diamond clarity affects the overall brightness and uniformity of the piece under light. VVS stones are internally near-flawless — they catch and return light consistently across the entire chain. VS stones are also eye-clean but show minor variation under magnification.
The practical difference: a full VVS Cuban link under direct lighting has a noticeably more uniform flash than the same chain in VS. Whether that difference is worth the price gap depends on the setting and your eye. We show you both options side by side on a consultation call.
Metal Options — 10K, 14K, 18K White, Yellow & Rose Gold, Platinum
Most clients choose 14K or 18K white gold for diamond chains — it provides a neutral backdrop that maximizes stone brilliance. Yellow gold creates a warmer, more classic look. Rose gold adds a distinctly modern edge. Platinum is the most durable option and holds prongs most securely over time.
10K is available for clients who want a lower metal cost with maximum stone budget. It's harder than 14K and suitable for everyday wear — the tradeoff is a slightly warmer color than 14K white gold.
Timeline and Personal Delivery
Standard builds take 3–6 weeks from stone approval. We provide progress updates at each stage — sourcing confirmation, stone approval, setting completion, and delivery scheduling. Rush timelines are available for time-sensitive designs.
If you're ordering a gift with a hard delivery date, tell us upfront. We'll be honest about what's achievable and never overcommit on a timeline we can't meet.
