Shipping & Returns

All Atelier Diamante pieces are shipped fully insured via FedEx or UPS with an adult signature required upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time

In-stock items ship within 2 to 3 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces require 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Complimentary insured shipping is included on all orders over $500. Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. Overnight and 2-day options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis for custom orders. Please contact us at dave@atelierdiamante.com to discuss international delivery options, duties, and taxes.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments

Every shipment is fully insured for its full value and requires an adult signature, which protects your purchase while it is in transit. Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, refuse the delivery where possible and contact us at dave@atelierdiamante.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and contents.

If a shipment is lost in transit, or is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an insurance claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or a full refund once the claim is resolved. Because every parcel requires an adult signature, packages are never left unattended.
