Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website, browsing our collection, or engaging Atelier Diamante for any jewelry service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Atelier Diamante offers a suite of luxury concierge jewelry services, including:

• Custom Designs: Bespoke jewelry pieces designed and crafted to your exacting specifications, guided by our expert consultants
• Curated Collections: Carefully selected ready-made pieces featuring exceptional gemstones and craftsmanship
• In-Person Consultation: Private viewings and design discussions at locations convenient to you
• In-Person Delivery: Direct handover of your piece with final presentation and any final adjustments

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). For custom designs, payment is typically structured around key milestones: an initial deposit upon design approval, progress payments as fabrication advances, and final payment upon completion and before delivery. Exact payment terms will be communicated during your initial consultation and outlined in your design agreement.

All payments are processed through secure, industry-standard payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our systems. Prices are subject to change without notice, though prices for created pieces are locked once your design is approved and payment terms are established. There are no hidden fees — any applicable taxes or duties will be clearly disclosed.

Custom Designs

Custom designs are unique to your vision and require significant investment in design, materials sourcing, and skilled craftsmanship. The following terms apply:

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Once production of your custom piece begins, all payments become non-refundable. This is necessary to secure materials and artisan time.
• Design Approval: We work closely with you through design development. Your approval of the final design is required before fabrication begins. Substantial design changes requested after approval may incur additional fees or extend timelines.
• Timeline: Custom pieces typically require 4–12 weeks depending on complexity, gemstone sourcing, and current volume. Exact timelines will be provided at design.
• Quality Assurance: Your piece undergoes rigorous quality inspection before delivery. Minor variations in gemstones (color, clarity, exact dimensions) are inherent to natural materials and do not constitute defects.
• Design Ownership: All custom designs created by Atelier Diamante remain our intellectual property. You own the physical piece you design.

Returns & Refunds

Ready-Made Pieces: If you purchase a ready-made piece and it does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). The piece must be in unworn, original condition.

Custom Designs: Custom pieces are non-refundable once production begins. However, if there is a material defect or significant deviation from the approved design, we will work with you to make it right — whether through repair, adjustment, or replacement.

Sizing & Adjustments: Jewelry adjustments (resizing rings, adjusting clasp fit, etc.) are always available at no charge for one year after delivery. Adjustments beyond this period may incur a service fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Atelier Diamante website — including but not limited to photographs, product descriptions, design concepts, graphics, logos, and website layout — is the exclusive property of Atelier Diamante and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.

When you design a custom piece, Atelier Diamante retains the right to photograph and reference your finished piece in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atelier Diamante shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

Atelier Diamante reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services following the posting of revised terms means you accept those changes. For any significant changes, we may provide additional notice.
