When the timer ends, everyone pays the best price the group reached. Same price for all.

Real. Tier savings reflect aggregated sourcing leverage — when we batch multiple acquisitions through our cutters and certificate partners, we pass the volume savings directly to clients. No upfront markup, no inflated "list" price.
No. Every acquisition remains private. The batch is a sourcing structure — your design, your stone, your private consultation. Other clients in the batch are invisible to you and vice versa.
You're never penalized. If the batch closes below the next tier, your tier locks at the highest threshold reached. If the batch is paused entirely, your inquiry rolls to the next window with no change in commitment.
Yes. If you have a certified stone you'd like set, we'll quote the setting + craftsmanship at batch-tier rates. Bring-your-own-diamond pricing is verified at consultation.
When the window closes we freeze the lowest tier the group reached — everyone settles at that same final price. The deposit you paid to reserve your spot is applied to your purchase, and we charge only the remaining balance: final price minus deposit. Because everyone pays the final group price, no refunds are ever issued. After payment, we reach out individually to finalise your design details.
There is no fixed minimum. Most acquisitions fall between $10,000 and $250,000. We've serviced sub-$5,000 pieces and seven-figure suites within the same framework.
